Our house / cottage is located on beautiful Bass Lake only one hour north of Canada's Wonderland and very close to ski resorts including Horseshoe Valley, Highland, Hardwood Hills, and Mt. St. Louis Moonstone. It is also conveniently located just outside of Orillia and within 10 minutes of Georgian College, all stores, movies, and near Casino Rama.
The property is a large private double sized lot with 150 foot frontage on the lake side in an idyllic setting. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in the main cottage and sleeps 6 plus a crib. During the summer months, it has a guesthouse at the waters edge with an additional king size bed and bathroom.
The cottage is fully updated, very clean, and has upscale furnishings. It was recently extensively renovated from top to bottom in 2019, with new windows, doors, and custom kitchen in 2021. It comes with everything (linens, towels, dishwasher. laundry, canoe, etc.) It is also fully winterized with beautiful stone wood burning fireplace inside the cottage, and a firepit.
