Luxury Loft with Ensuite Bathroom
I have a beautiful home that you might be interested in. It is located on Bathurst and Hwy 7. It is 2500 square feet and is brand new. There is a bus literally 100 meters from the home that takes you directly to Finch station, York University, or Downsview Station. The home is 1 block from a blockbuster video, sobeys, pizza pizza, medical center, Tim Hortons, PharmaPlus and TD Bank. It is also located 5 minutes from a public library and Silver City movie theaters. There are restaurants all over.
For $650 dollars a month, you will have your own room with bathroom ensuite(the ensuite has light olive maple wood cabinates, and marble styled counters). It is pretty large. It is located on the loft (the home has a main floor, a second floor, and a loft). The monthly amount will include, HDTV cable, internet, local phone, laundry, hyrdo, gas and water.
The kitchen has dark mahoganny maple cabinates and silestone countertops (better than granite). It has state of the art Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances. The floors are all marble (it might get a bit cold if you walk barefoot, so socks or slippers are recommended). The upstairs is all white carpet. If you would like the room to be furnished with a desk and bed, let me know, because it may be arranged.
I live there with my fiancee. We both work far, so we are both out of the house
