Hey There,
I have a clean and well maintained house with two rooms available for rent starting February 2014. It is in a five bedroom semi-detached house in Oshawa right off Stevenson Rd and near the 401 Highway, Oshawa Center, Wal-Mart, UOIT/ Durham College and Trent University. It has two washrooms and a major kitchen for all.
I am a recent U of T grad and currently working full time. I do not smoke nor drink and have no pets. I am clean, respectful and focus on achieving my goals in life. I will like people of the same mindset and personality to live with and share the unit.
The $500 rent fee is all inclusive which entails hydro, water, gas, television, internet and laundry. I prefer to have males but will consider females that meet this criteria. If you are a student or a recent graduate who is working and fit this description please contact me and we can arrange for you to come see the place. I am looking for either a one year lease or an eight month lease.
