I am a female working professional and I'm seeking female students to rent a room in my house. Female students only for a 4-month lease (winter term). I work from home so I am looking for someone who appreciates peace and quiet as much as I do. If you are studious and want a calm environment to study, you would enjoy this home.
No pets as I have two cats. Single occupant only for each room. Proof of vaccination is required. No smoking of any kind.
The rooms are upper level, bright, and come with a bed, mattress, desk, end table, etc. The primary bedroom for $1175 has its own full ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms for $995 each will share a full bathroom. I have my own half bathroom and will use the shared bathroom shower.
Includes central air-conditioning and heat, all utilities, and Unlimited High-Speed Wifi. Washer and dryer for laundry is free as well.
Linens/comforter/pillows for your bed and towels are provided.
Shared kitchen includes a stainless steel dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc. with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans.
There is a large two-tier deck in the backyard and a covered front porch for relaxing.

-13 minutes via bus (502) or 8 min drive to St. Lawrence College
