I am looking for a female roommate to rent out the second bedroom in my two bedroom apartment. The condo is in the Foothills Village - right across from Foothills Hospital (2 minute walk). The apartment is very spacious (~980 square feet) and you will have your own separate bedroom. However, we will have to share the bathroom, kitchen, living area, washer/ dryer. The price of $900 a month includes all utilities and wifi.
