Newly renovated, clean, cozy & a relaxed atmosphere. The room will be available Sept 1st. It is/has: 1 min walk to Confederation Trail. 10min walk to historic downtown/waterfront. Bus stop outside of front door. Non-smoking. No Pets (a gold fish..the ideal pet; flush & get a new one (recently flushed!) Furnished. Laundry facilities on site (I also have a small washer in the apt.) Phone. TV/Cable. Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessible. Three blocks from Holland College. 15min walk to UPEI or plenty of students in the area car pool there.
