Walk out to GO train, extensive trails, & forest. Included in room and bathroom are all drapery and lighting, Shower is a double head - bathcurtain and mat as well as optional desk and dresser. Extra large closet space (double doors). All kitchen appliances and pots and pans, cutlery, plates etc provided - Extra fridge in garage if needed. Kitchen, Diningroom & backyard/hot tub - shared with Mom & 2 great kids 11 & 12. Pet friendly a must - Jackrussell/pug + 2 indoor/outdoor cats reside. $795 inclusive - includes parking space. Visitors parking available as well. Our family is very active and away from the home a lot. The kids are out on a Sat night and all day Sunday - I work all day Sunday - so entertaining etc can be very comfortable planned that day. We own a rainbow clean air solution machine that deep cleans and dusts - as well as carpet cleaning whenever you want to freshen up the broadloom in bedroom - everywhere else is hardwood and tile.
