Hi, I live off of Derry half way between Mavis & Erin Mills Pkwy. I\'m looking for people who want to rent a room in my house. I have 2 rooms for rent. We will share all appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher, laundry, etc....). You will also have wireless internet, and shared phone service. You will have shared access to the house including living room, kitchen, deck and a large backyard. Note: If you want your own personal bathroom, that would mean I would only be able to rent out one room. In that case the price of the one room would be $800/month. You will also have parking on the driveway for one car. There are also a couple of bus stops within 5 minutes walking distance. If you have a child and want both rooms, I would be willing to rent out both for $1100/month with your own bathroom. There are two elementary schools within 2 minutes walking distance (Catholic and Public primary schools). Please note that I am meticulously clean, so I will expect the same of you. Give me a buzz.
