This apt is suitable for I person only.It has a small fridge and a micorwave. As of yet it does not have a bed.There is a washer and dryer.
There are tenants in the upper part of the house. i live there sometimes but not always in the upper part of the house.
Prefer a tenant with no pets, but could be negotiable. About 3 blocks to a grocery store.
Avalon Place is a quiet street. I have never observed any crime in the area.
It neads a bit of cleaning up. The past tenants were not that good. This cleaning up should be done within the next 10days.
References would be helpful.
