I need two female roommates to share a 3 bedroom townhouse on Bernick Drive. The rent will be $500 all inclusive - we would just need to pay for tv and phone and internet. There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and the whole kitchen has been renovated over the summer. Move in Date will be september 1st.. First and last are required. The owners are hosting viewings on Tuesday July the 28th after lunch... e-mail me to book a time. We need all the rooms to be occupied for the rent to be $500. If it is just me and one other, then the rent will be $750. But even so, I don't think you can find a cheaper (or nicer!) place to rent. This house is right across a field from the college, has a backyard, and is mostly furnished. The lease term is 8 months.. perfect for students who want to go back home for the summers. If you plan to return for the following year, a deposit will hold the apartment for you till the following September.
