Hello, I am currently looking for someone to sublet / takeover my lease either for April, May or June 1. It is a 3-bedroom flat (and large basement storage space), back porch & backyard on Robie St, a 5-minute drive downtown and a block and a half away from Superstore. Lease was originally for $1600 but we are open to the best offer. Heat, hot water, internet is included. The flat was renovated a couple of years ago and all appliances are new. It is a great flat, very liveable, my 2 roommates and I are female professionals in our mid/late 20s - we love the place and really tried to take great care of it so it is in great condition - only reason we are leaving is because one of the roommates needs to move downtown for work! Washer/dryer included in flat! Landlord is flexible on either subletting until Aug and then signing new lease for Sept, or just beginning a new year lease now. Small pets ok!
