As there is no option for shared accommodation I\'ve listed this as an apt as it\'s the closest description to what I have to offer. What I\'m offering is a room in the the upper level of an apartment in a house that has other legal apartments. I\'ve recently added on a new upper level addition which consists of two large rooms with adjoining bathroom and a laundry room. The only thing that would have to be shared is the kitchen and possibly the bathroom. The room is not quite finished yet, a just needs trim and cove moulding put on to be completed. Surrounded by trees and lots of light. Will be adding a walk out deck overlooking back yard in the spring. Also I will be repaving the driveway as it is not in the best shape, but is still quite functional at the moment. Would suit a mature person who likes to tinker and would be willing to help out with the maintenance. I am a male in my sixties and all the work is getting a bit too much for me. |
