Available now, I have a room for rent in my 3 bdrm Rancher. Smoking is permitted outside only. I am looking for a quiet person who will mesh well with my current roommate and I. We are 420 friendly ( outside only) NO HARD DRUGS. We have 4 small dogs ( Chihuahua x ) so you must be ok with dogs. The house is cozy with 1 bathroom and a nice wood burning fireplace as well as a gas furnace. There are 2 living room areas and the kitchen and bathroom that the 3 of us would share. The house is located super close to a skytrain station that is opening Dec 7th. Room is available Nov 15th or Dec 1st would be perfect for a student or someone who uses the skytrain. Rent is 600 |
